About the project
I co-founded Ars Ratio in 2024 with two partners, an AI development and consulting studio for companies that know AI matters but are unsure what it is, where it fits, and how to use it. A lot of them are smart and stuck, surrounded by people happy to sell them hype, and we try to do the opposite: build the AI solutions that earn their place, and advise the teams that need to understand them.
As a founder I am a bit of everything: strategy, sales, business development, and the hands-on building. I design and ship the technical work myself, and I also sit with clients to consult on how AI is changing their industry and where it actually earns its place, including where it does not belong.
The approach
Ars Ratio is built to do the work, not just advise on it. We build the automations that remove busywork, the websites and landing pages, and the audits of where AI actually pays off, and the consulting is backed by the fact that we ship. The rule underneath all of it is simple: AI is a tool, not a religion, so I reach for it where it earns its place and say so when it does not.
The way I build is AI-native end to end. I lean on coding tools like Codex, Claude Code, Cursor and Greptile, plan and track the work in Linear, and ship a modern full stack, Next.js and TypeScript on the front, Node and Postgres behind it, deployed on Vercel. That is how a small team ships what used to need a much bigger one, at a quality and pace that were not realistic a couple of years ago.
What I led and built
Early on we took a raw product idea, a sales-intelligence tool then called morr.ai, into Latvia’s Startup House pre-accelerator, batch two, and won it. After the program it hit blockers we could not clear, and we made the call to step back rather than ship something broken. Knowing when not to ship turned out to be its own lesson.
So we revived the core of Ars Ratio, the AI agency and consulting, and have run that since, delivering automations, web builds, audits and advisory for clients. Then at the start of 2026 I came back to the product on my own, rebuilt the whole technical solution solo, and relaunched it as Klosemore. The idea was always the team’s, the rebuild was mine.
Where it stands now
Ars Ratio is active on both fronts. The agency keeps taking on client work, helping companies use AI where it genuinely pays off, and Klosemore, the sales-intelligence product that started here, is now live in private beta and stands as its own build.
What I take from it is range. I founded it, I sell it, and I build it, which means an idea can go from a conversation to a shipped product without waiting on anyone. That is the whole reason it exists.
