Mandet is a two-person web studio I co-founded in 2025. We build Shopify stores, automations, and web products for teams that want the work shipped without agency overhead. I sell it, scope it, and build a real share of it myself.

Mandet

About the project

Mandet is a small web studio I co-founded in 2025, for the European SMBs that want Shopify, automations, and custom web without big-agency overhead. It did not start from a pitch deck. It started from real builds, a Magento to Shopify migration, automations, and fast web, and we made a studio out of doing more of them, directly and fast.

We are two people, with extra hands when a job needs them. You talk to the people building, you get a working version fast, and we iterate daily. As a founder I am hands-on across it: I take the first call, scope the work, decide what is worth building, and then build my share.

The approach

Big agencies are expensive, slow, and political. You wait weeks for an update and end up talking to someone who has never touched your project. Mandet is the opposite by design: you talk directly to the people building, we ship a working version fast and improve it daily, and we tell you when an idea will not work, because the point is to help you succeed, not to bill hours.

The work splits into three. Shopify stores, builds, migrations, themes and custom apps. Automations that remove manual ops work and tie together the tools a business already runs on. And custom web, fast sites, web apps, and internal tools that save real hours. We reach for AI where it genuinely helps and leave it out of the buzzword projects.

What I built

My side of Mandet is the web and automation building. I built the financial-specialist landing pages and several Shopify stores, and I wrote the reporting automations that companies run for their daily numbers. For Ars Ratio I built a fast Next.js site with performance and SEO as the priority, every Lighthouse metric green and the pages indexed for search engines and for LLMs.

I work on a modern stack, Next.js and TypeScript, Shopify and Liquid, and the integration glue that holds an operation together, and I do the parts that are not code too: the first call, the scope, and the honest read on what is worth building. Mandet is also where I started Koggio, our own Shopify shipping middleware, an idea and a push of mine that the studio is now building out.

Where it stands now

Mandet is live and taking on client work, a lean studio that ships Shopify, automation and web for teams that want it done directly and done fast. The work is real and there is more of it, and the studio is the home for our own products too, starting with Koggio.

I run it the way I like to work: small, direct, and hands-on, from the first call to the shipped result. It is the commerce and web counterpart to the AI work I do at Ars Ratio. Same instinct, different surface.
